Q. What does this site do?
Mulup.biz helps in uploading your files simultaneously to various free file hosting providers. All you have to do is to upload your file to our server once and then it gets automatically uploaded to file hosting sites like Rapidshare, Depositfiles, Extabit etc. Once the file is uploaded to our server, you will be given the link to the download page which contains the all the download links.
Q. Are you a file hosting site?
No, we are not. Mulup.biz doesn't host any of your uploaded files. We simply help you mirror your files simultaneously to multiple file hosting sites and stores the links to those download locations.
Q. Why should I use Mulup.biz?
- Your files are mirrored to multiple hosting services. Uploading files to just one host is no guarantee that the files stay available for a longer time.
- Redundant file backups. If one service go down, you still have access to your files.
- File sharing is made easy as the downloaders of your content have more choice to download from their preferred hosting site.

Q. How do I upload a file?
Go to Mulup.biz and click the Browse button near the middle of the page. A file dialog box will appear on your screen. You may select up to 10 files at a time without exceeding the total file size limit. Then click the Upload button and wait for your file to finish uploading. That's it, the rest is done by us.
Q. What files can I upload through Mulup.biz?
Any files uploaded through our service should honor the terms of service of the file hosting sites you are uploading to. Please read this page carefully before using our service. Any violation will result in the deletion of your files in addition to account ban.
Q. Do I have to pay any fee to use your service?
No, Mulup.biz is a 100% free service.
Q. How do you keep this service free?
We rely on advertising to cover the running fee.
Q. Do I have to keep the download page open until files are uploaded to each hosting site?
No, you don't! We'll begin mirroring the files as a background process as soon as they are uploaded to our site. You can share the Mulup.biz download url right after your upload.
Q. How many files can I upload at a time?
You may upload up to 10 files at a time.
Q. How do I download a file?
Go to the download page and you'll see a table listing the different hosting sites and respective download links. Click the "CLICK HERE" button against your favorite host and you'll be taken to the download page. Click here to see the screenshot.
Q. What is the maximum upload size?
The maximum upload size for web upload is 400MB and it is 200MB for remote uploading.
Q. Where is the Download Link?
After upload process to our server is completed, the download link(s) will be displayed.
Q. Can I upload to my own account on different hosting sites?
Yes, you can. After logging in, visit this page and set your hosting account details.
Q. How do I password protect my files?
While uploading, please click the "Additional options" link to enter the password.
Q. Why some download links show failed?
While uploading, some file host may be down temporarily. We do retry and if its not successful even after two attempts the file status is changed to Failed. If you try after few minutes it should probably work. Alternately you can check that particular file host website to see if there is any problem. Also, some files may be already blacklisted on the hosting sites which will be shown as failed status. In case a file host fails consistently, please let us know.
Q. I can't download. It asks me to enter password.
Please ask the person you received the file link from for details about the password. Do not contact us as we may not be able to help you.
Q. How long is a link valid on Mulup.biz?
As long as your link isn't a violation of our terms and get at least 1 view in the past 6 months, it will remain on our database. Inactive links are purged to free up system resources.
Q. Can I search files uploaded on Mulup.biz?
Q. I cant download, clicking on links redirects me back to the same page!
Please make sure you are clicking the "CLICK HERE" button directly from the download page. If you are opening the redirect links in different window (Eg: http://www.Mulup.biz/redirect/1AQEPWQ8/1), it will not work. Also, make sure that your browser does not have any addons which disable "send referrer" option. Addons like Illimitux cause this issue. Another option is to try disabling your antivirus/firewall softwares and see whether it works. If it still doesn't work, please try on a different browser or contact us.
Q. After upload, can I copy/paste individual hosting sites' links directly rather than sharing Mulup.biz link?
No, please always share Mulup.biz download link. Mulup.biz is a free service and we rely on advertising to cover the running fee. So please show your support by sharing Mulup.biz link instead of using individual download links.
Q. What will happen if I copy all the links and do not use the Mulup.biz link?
We do appreciate you to pass the Mulup.biz link along. Our system may block account/IPs of users who are in violation of our terms.
Q. What is notify by email feature?
It's an optional feature which sends you an email with the link to the download page and the status of the upload. This is useful when you are uploading a large file, enter your email before uploading, and you won't need to wait for the entire upload process to be completed. The email you receive will contain the link to the download page and the status of the uploads.
Q. Do you spam or sell my email address?
No! We respect your privacy and takes care to protect all your personal info.
Q. I'm not a registered user. I lost my download links/I forgot to copy download link after uploading. What should I do?
Please send us a message giving the exact names of the uploaded files and the time of the upload. Though we cannot guarantee, we will try to retrieve the download links for you.
Q. Do you have any desktop tool for uploading files?
No, we dont have an uploader tool for Windows. It is still in beta stage.
Q. I'll pay you, can you add my file hosting site to your mirrors list?
No, we do not add any sponsored mirrors to our list. We only add established file hosting sites so as to maintain the quality of our service.
Q. Why does it say Sorry, uploading a file with name(s) ****** is not allowed anymore! when I try to upload a file?
Your File name contains keywords which we suspect are associated with warez/illegal files which are forbidden to be shared on Mulup.biz. If you have any doubts regarding particular keyword, please send us an email.
Q. Where should I report copyright infringement?
We take abuse of our service very seriously. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Mulup.biz, please send a proper notification to abuse [at] Mulup.biz. Please read this page for more information.
Q. I want to start my own Mulup.biz service. Can you help me?
Sorry, No. Please do not contact us asking for any Mulup.biz files/scripts/softwares. All queries will be ignored.
Q. Why should I create an account?
Only by registering an account, you'll be able to upload to your own accounts on hosting sites. Anonymous users can only upload to those hosting sites which support uploads without user-registration. We highly recommend creating a free account on Mulup.biz so you'll be able to manage and share your files uploaded on Mulup.biz.
Q. Help! I've forgotten my username or password.
Please follow the instructions on the password reminder page. This link will send you an email with a new password. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you have not received it.
Q. How can I upload to my own accounts on hosting sites?
Once logged in, please go to this page and enter your hosting account details. Save the settings. From now on, any files uploaded through Mulup.biz while you are logged in will be uploaded directly to your own accounts on hosting sites.
Q. Why can't I rename my files?
Files are already uploaded to third party servers and hence renaming the links in Mulup.biz will be of no use.
Q. My files disappear?
Most probably, the files were removed for violating our terms.
Q. Why was my account banned?
We suspend accounts of users who receive repeated copyright notifications for files uploaded by them or who indulge in violation of our other terms. If you think it was a mistake, please send a support request.
Q. Why does it say "Account edit limits reached" when I try to edit my file hosting account details?
This is a security measure taken to prevent sharing of accounts. You are allowed to make a maximum of 20 changes to the file hosting accounts per month. If you exceed the limit, you may have to contact us to reset it.
Q. If I delete a file from Mulup.biz, will it also delete the corresponding mirrors from the hosting sites?
No, it won't.
Q. My account is hacked. Can you give me new password or account?
It is your responsibility to keep your account information safely secured and stored. We will not respond to such mails, nor will we be able to help you out.
